VorrDone: an agent that gets things done and keeps your life to yourself

We're building VorrDone, an agent that takes care of the small, relentless admin of life for individuals, families and teams. It does this without asking you to hand your life over to someone else's data centre.
This post is about why. It covers the problems we think are worth solving, and what life looks like when they're solved.
Life admin never stops
The school sends three emails a week, and one of them matters. A friend asks for something in a group chat and you say "leave it with me". Swimming moves to Thursday. Someone needs to work out what's for dinner, and whether there's any mozzarella.
None of this is hard. The problem is that it's scattered across inboxes, chats, calendars and, mostly, people's heads. Things fall through the cracks, not because anyone is careless, but because nobody can hold all of it at once.
That mental load is real work. It just never shows up on anyone's to-do list.
Help shouldn't cost you your privacy
AI assistants that can actually help with this have arrived, and people clearly want them. But look at what they ask for in return: your email, your calendar, your messages, sometimes your whole computer. All of it ends up stored on someone else's servers, and in some cases used to train their models.
That's the trade on offer today: be helped, or keep your life to yourself. We don't think anyone should have to choose. The most personal assistant you'll ever use should also be the most private one.
For you: a second memory that does the follow-up
VorrDone starts your day with a short brief: what's on, what's changed and what needs you. It's one screen, so you don't have to check five apps.
It notices the promises you make in passing. "I'll send it Friday" turns into a reminder on Thursday, so you never have to write it down.
It sorts what needs a reply from what can wait, and from what's just noise. It also remembers ongoing work across days and weeks, so you can pick up where you left off without re-explaining everything.
And it shows its working. You can always see what it looked at and why, and remove anything you'd rather it forgot.
For families: one board, everyone on the same page
A busy household runs on a surprising amount of coordination. VorrDone keeps a shared family board up to date: school calendars, clubs, meals, pickups and who's doing what.
When the school changes swimming to Thursday, the board changes too, and the right parent hears about it. While one parent plans the week's meals, the kids' homework deadlines stay current in the background.
Everyone has their own agent, and the family shares a space they all contribute to. What's meant for the family board goes on the family board. A parent's work and a teenager's messages stay their own. That matters most where children are involved, which is exactly why their information should stay at home.
It also works when only one person in the house sets it up. Nobody else needs to change how they do things for the household to benefit.
For teams: a household with stricter rules
Teams have the same problem at a different scale. Actions agreed in meetings drift. Commitments made in chat are forgotten. Handovers lose half their context. A lot of time goes on chasing, not doing.
VorrDone gives each person an agent and the team a shared space for projects, schedules and what everyone has said they'll do. It keeps track of the follow-ups so team leads don't have to.
It does this without pooling your company's information in yet another vendor's cloud. Each person's work stays with them, and the shared space holds only what the team chooses to share. When someone moves on, their access goes with them, cleanly.
What we're promising
- Your life stays on your devices. By default, nothing about you is sent anywhere else.
- You can see everything. Whatever the agent looked at, and why, is there for you to check or delete.
- It works for you. Your life isn't our product.
- Useful from day one. No technical setup and no accounts with other services needed to get going.
We're starting with individuals and families, with teams to follow. If you'd like early access, or you run a household or team that's drowning in admin, register your interest.
We'll share more as it takes shape.
