Vorr Labs is now a company
Vorr Labs Ltd is now registered in England and Wales. It is a small company with a simple idea: better work happens between people, and software should serve the conversation between them.
Why now
AI is making the mechanical parts of work faster and cheaper: writing the first draft, summarising the meeting, filling in the form. What it cannot do for you is the part that happens between people: asking for an honest view, giving one, and deciding what to do about it.
That is the part we build for. Software for human-to-human work, enriched by AI.
What we are building
VorrLoop is feedback that follows your career, not your employer. You ask the people you work with how you came across, they answer anonymously in under a minute, and you get a score, a plan and a record that stays yours. It is in pilot on mobile web now, with an iPhone app to follow. We are looking for ten people to test it for four weeks, and the details are here.
Pragmatic AI Advice is practical, safe AI help for individuals and small businesses. Plain English, no jargon and no hype, in person and online across the North East. There are group sessions, one-to-one coaching and coached set-up, with prices on the page.
VorrSeed is coming soon. It gives go-to-market teams a single, governed source of truth for what their company says, so every seller and marketer answers the same way. One version of your story. Every time it's told. If you lead marketing for a B2B software company, you can ask for early access.
How we work
Three things we hold to.
- A person is accountable for every word. AI tools help us build, and help draft posts like this one, and we say so. Every action in a VorrLoop plan is written and reviewed by a person. Curated, not generated.
- Your data stays yours. This website sets no cookies and does no tracking, and your VorrLoop record can be exported or deleted.
- We say what we do not know. The VorrLoop pilot is four weeks long. That is long enough to learn whether it is useful. It is too short to prove it changes anyone's behaviour. We will tell you what we find either way.
What happens next
